The Jury's Remarks
The proposal is primarily a residential grid that is knitted into adjacent areas and street systems. This is most apparent where Hringbraut is incorporated into the grid as an urban street. The scale and block structure is too homogeneous and would benefit from more diversity and flexibility to successfully accommodate long-term development. The distortion of the grid appears to be an effort to ameliorate the monotony but it appears whimsical and without a logical strategy.
